Tuesday, November 29, 2005, 5:45-6:00pm
An extremely interesting evening!
Tuesday was my 54 birthday. While setting up
and waiting for Ann to come out, I noticed a bright
star in the sky. I thought nothing of it. Ann came
out, noticed the same star and told me it was moving.
I replied that it wasn't moving, but just as I said that, it
DID start moving. I was able to get only one photo of
that light. That would be photo number 0005. What it is,
we have absolutely no idea. But, it is a great shot!
The photos are of 4 lights. There are 3 groupings of the
lights. The first 4 photos are the first light. The second
4 photos are the second light, which, by the way, turned into
Ezekiel's Wheel. The third set of 4 photos contain 2 lights in
Here they are...enjoy!

The second 4 photos. The first 2 photos are the light we see all the time. The second

Saturday, November 26, 2005, 5:55-6:00pm
A good but windy evening for pictures.
The last two photos are very strange. We never
saw these lights until we downloaded the photos.
Check them out. VERY strange indeed...
Friday, November 25, 2005, 5:55-6:00pm
Good night for pictures! We caught four
lights this day.
In the last two photos, you can see the
light getting ready to disappear, then we got
it just as it was disappearing.
Check them out...
Thursday, November 24, 2005, 5:55-6:00pm
A quiet night tonight. We got only one light
this day. Good shots, but only one.
The first photo shows how the light appears
when we first see it in the evening. SPLAT!!!
Wednesday, November 23, 2005, 5:55-6:10pm
Kind of a quiet night. However, we did get three
different lights tonight.
Here they are...
Monday, November 21, 2005, 5:45-6:15pm
Another great night for picture taking!
We got 29 photos tonight. In the first 2 there
are 2 lights. In the third photo, the second
light disappeared. I guess UPS had a scheduled
The final 3 photos are great. The light is acting

WHAT A NIGHT!! We got 9 lights in all.
Some of the lights were doing some very strange things.
One of the lights actually looks like a Double Helix (DNA strand).
Well, it's Saturday, November 19, 2005, and my eyes are giving
me a hard time today. We took 55 pictures last night, but I am
only posting one. One photo with three enlargements.
I'm going to rest my eyes today and hopefully I will be able to
post tonight's photos tomorrow.
Here are the photos…
Thursday, November 17, 2005, 6:00-6:15pm
This evening was excellent for taking photos of the lights.
We got a total of 4 lights. In the slideshow and the first 2 photos
you will see 2 lights.
For those who have told us these lights are airplanes, I have only
two questions. When have you ever witnessed an airplane making
an almost 90 degree turn? When have you ever seen an airplane
totally lighted on the outside? For those who doubt, see the

Wednesday, November 16, 2005, 6:00-6:15pm
Another great night for taking pictures! It was
nice and cold here in the desert tonight...it felt
Tonight we got 6 lights.
The first 2 photos, #0007 & #0011 have 3 lights.
We got 2 nice shots of an airplane for
comparison, photos #0024 & #0026.
In photo #0026 we caught the light just as it
accelerated and took off. Look at that baby go!
In photos #0031 & #0032 we caught one of the
lights just above the horizon.
Here they are...
These are the photos from Monday, November 14, 2005, 5:45-6:15pm
I made an error in my counting. Last night I said there were 6 lights.
There are 7 lights that showed last night.
It was an extremely active night. Lights all over the place. We also
included a slideshow of photos 94-115. In these photos the light pops
up from one mountain then lands on the ground a good distance
from the original spot it showed. Then it disappeared into the mountain.
Here they are. Enjoy...

Sunday, November 13, 2005, 5:45-6:10pm
This was one EXCITING evening! We got 68 photos of this light.
This light is approximately 20 miles east-southeast of us. The light stayed in the same general area from 5:45 to 6:10pm. It moved up, down, sideways and circled. The light dimmed and brightened and brightened even more.
Talk about ACTIVE! This light WAS active!
It was also the only light we saw this evening. But it gave us one fantastic show! After 25 minutes of it moving about and brightening and dimming, it simply disappeared.
Ann and I were totally awestruck and tingly watching this light! This was, by far, one of the better nights watching the lights.
Well, here they are. Enjoy…
Saturday, November 12, 2005, 5:55, 6:00, 6:10 & 6:15pm
Things are starting to happen as far as the lights are concerned.
The lights have moved from over and east of the mountains, to
below and west of the mountains. The lights ARE getting closer
to us. It seems lately that each night we watch and photograph the
lights, they are getting more and more relaxed with us and moving
toward our house. When the lights first showed they were approximately
38 miles to our east. Now, they are approximately 22 miles to our
The lights also appear to be coming OUT of the mountain!
The mountain range is named The West Portillo Mountains.
Here are the latest photos. Enjoy...
Friday, November 11, 2005, 5:55, 6:00, 6:05 & 6:10pm
Here are 9 photos of 51 we got this evening.
Lots of activity. In all, there were 5 lights this day.
The photo with Mars is very strange. It caught Ann's
eye because of the way it was spinning and changing

Thursday, November 10, 2005, 6:00, 6:05 & 6:15pm
We had a very active evening.
We took photos of 3 different lights.
Four of the photos had 2 lights in them.
Wednesday, November 09, 2005
We photographed three lights tonight.
The photos of the first light are actually the closest
any light has been to us.
Maybe they're coming to pay us a visit.
From David Oliver:
Now going back to early June, a really fortuitous accident. I was taking pictures of desert willow flowers when apparently two of the classic saucers were flying over. I didn't actually see them, which means they must have been silent. They were moving at a good rate of speed because a second picture taken a few seconds later shows the one in the distance (barely visible almost dead center here) completely out of sight and the one overhead in this shot barely visible in the distance. The main shot, then the object at 100% size.

The 6:10 Express showed up this evening.
Ezekiel's Wheel didn't appear this night.
We took 11 photos in all. Here are the 3 best.
Monday, November 07, 2005, 6:10pm
Ezekiel's Wheel was moving so fast this evening
we were only able to get one photo.
Sunday, November 06, 2005, 5:50-6:10pm
Well, tonight was very exciting! Ezekiel's Wheels showed up at 5:50pm through 6:10pm.
There are 6 different lights that showed tonight.
We also added a slideshow. Watch the speed of this light as it moves up, turns and
heads south. These lights just pop into view and just as fast, disappear. I'm clicking
the shutter as fast as I can!
Ezekiel's Wheel Slideshow
Saturday, November 05, 2005, 5:50-6:00pm
Tonight was crazy! Ezekiel's Wheel was moving all over the place
at extremely high rates of speed. I kept having to adjust the tripod
to get the pictures. I was chasing the Wheel everywhere.
Tonight, we had photos with 1 light. We had photos of 2 lights.
And we had photos of 3 lights. Each light was an individual light.
The lights showed up between 5:50pm & 6:00pm. What a nice
busy night we had...
Friday, November 04, 2005, 6:15pm
A short sighting tonight, but we still got it!
Here is Ezekiel's Wheel which shows up at 6:10-15pm.
Wednesday, November 02, 2005, 6:15pm
What a GREAT evening for taking pictures!
We took 24 in all, but posted the 6 exceptional photos.
Things are really starting to happen out here in our desert.
As November moved in, the Express changed it's time to show itself.
It seems 6:15pm is now the new time for taking photos.
Take notice that the stars DO NOT change or blur. Which means
the Express is REALLY moving ...
Check out these GREAT photos...
Suddenly, the Express changed to this...
And just as suddenly, it changed back...
Tuesday, November 01, 2005, 6:15pm
We just returned from shopping when Ann spotted the Express
in the eastern sky. This was 6:15pm.
